Susan brings over 30 years' experience as a real estate professional, beginning her career in Ohio where she owned a real estate company (Canfield Ohio), and managed a large real estate firm. She was a consistent top producer, and her depth of experience provides meaningful value to both buyers and sellers. She is knowledgeable in single family homes and condominiums as well as all areas of SW Florida including navigation of waterways, golf, gated and non-gated communities.

Susan holds a bachelor's degree from Youngstown State University and is a licensed broker in Florida and Ohio. She has built her career on delivering results through exceptional service, ensuring her clients feel confident and well informed throughout the real estate process.
